NASA - VA Loans

VA loans are available to veteran's. Usually to be considered a veteran and eligible for a VA Loan the buyer would have had to have served 181 days of peacetime active duty service, 91 days of wartme active duty service, or 6 years of Reserves or National guard service. If the buyer is the spouse of a service member who was killed in action a VA Loan may be available. It is required to obtain a VA Loan Certificate of Eligibility (COE) before a VA Home loan can be approved.
